Role of the Business Development Manager is to develop and execute strategies, identify and acquire new clients, build lasting relationships, lead sales initiatives, negotiate deals, report performance, and track market intelligence to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the organization's business development strategy aligned with growth objectives. Grow the business pipeline with a focus on new client acquisition and organic expansion.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and customer needs.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to both maintain and expand business volume.
• Sales Leadership: Prepare and pitch proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain competitive and market intelligence, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor performance to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in business, marketing.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B salesOR Busines Development roles, preferably in manpower supply, facility management, or service industry.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, presentation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
